Meet Dr. Zolot

Periodontal Specialist

A periodontist is a general dentist who has undergone advanced training in periodontics, which involves diagnosis and treatment of the supporting structures of the teeth. As a periodontist, Dr. Zolot performs implant placement and restoration, gum and bone grafting, gum surgery, and treatment for advanced periodontal disease, among other procedures.

Dr. Zolot attended earned his bachelor’s degree in biology, with honors, at Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dentistry in Hackensack, New Jersey. He then continued his education, completing his master’s degree in physiology, as well as his doctorate in dental medicine (DMD). With his DMD, the doctor attended Boston University – Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry and earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies, Periodontology. He is honored to be a Fellow with the Pierre Fauchard Academy and International College of Dentists.

Philosophy of Care

From his grandfather and father, both successful businessmen, Dr. Zolot learned how to truly serve his patients. He maintains integrity in his practice and expects the same from his team members. For 31 years, Dr. Zolot has served patients under the philosophy that if his patient has a problem, he has a problem. The doctor provides a contact phone number to all of his patients so that he can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He values each relationship and has decades of satisfied patients who can attest to his sincerity and professionalism.

The doctor believes in a hand-holding experience, meaning that he wants patients to feel confident, comfortable, and well cared for. His staff upholds his philosophy and promotes an inviting environment, where patients can ask questions and share concerns, knowing they’ll be heard and answered.
